Booking, Payment & Cancellation Terms

This website is operated by a private apartment owner and is not the official website of the developer or the trademark owner of J'Adore Secret Garden.
1. Booking & Confirmation
A minimum stay of 4 nights applies to all bookings. All bookings made through this website are treated as booking requests. Your reservation becomes confirmed once you receive written confirmation by email from the property owner. By submitting a booking request, you agree to these Booking, Payment & Cancellation Terms.
2. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit of the total rental amount must be paid within 14 days after confirmation. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival.
For bookings made within 14 days before arrival, the full rental amount is payable immediately. Payment is made by bank transfer using the payment details provided in the confirmation email.
If payment has not been received by the due date and no alternative arrangement has been agreed upon, the reservation may be cancelled. Payments are considered received once they have been credited to the owner's bank account.
3. Cancellation Policy

4. Cancellation by the Owner
If the owner is unable to provide the accommodation due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, all payments received will be refunded in full.
5. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions or other unforeseen events.
6. Liability
Guests are expected to take reasonable care of the apartment and its contents during their stay. The owner cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, accidents or personal belongings unless required by applicable law.
7. Damage
Guests are kindly asked to report any accidental damage as soon as possible. We understand that accidents can happen and appreciate honest communication. Guests may be held responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
8. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law.
9. House Rules
- Maximum 4 guests.
- No parties or events.
- No smoking inside the apartment.
- Please respect neighbours.
- Check-in and check-out times as confirmed in your reservation.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please switch off air conditioning and lights when leaving the apartment.
10. Privacy
Personal information provided during the booking process is used to process and administer your reservation and to communicate with you regarding your stay. Personal information will not be shared with third parties except where legally required.
